Multiple People Transported by Ambulance After Highway 12 Crash

KOOSKIA, ID – Emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle accident involving multiple occupants on Highway 12 on Monday afternoon.

At approximately 3:10 p.m. on Monday, Kooskia Ambulance and the Lowell Quick Response Unit (QRU) were dispatched to the scene, located near mile post 116.

According to a report from Kooskia Emergency Services, all occupants were out of the vehicle upon the arrival of the responding crews. All individuals involved in the crash were subsequently transported from the scene by ambulance.

No details regarding the cause of the accident or the condition of the occupants were immediately available.

Following the incident, Kooskia Emergency Services issued a public safety reminder: “With temperatures dropping and winter around the corner, we want to remind everyone to please drive safely!”
