SPOKANE, WA — Innovia Foundation has opened applications for its 2026–27 scholarship programs, offering financial support to students across Eastern Washington and North Idaho pursuing higher education or career training.
The foundation manages more than 50 regional scholarships and awards over $400,000 annually to local students. Scholarships are available to college-bound students as well as those pursuing vocational or technical education, with individual awards ranging from $500 to $4,000.
Eligible applicants must reside within Innovia Foundation’s 20-county service area. Most scholarship applications are due by Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
“In partnership with generous donors, Innovia is honored to provide educational opportunities to local students each year,” said Shelly O’Quinn, CEO of Innovia Foundation, in a statement. She noted that the scholarships help support youth while contributing to the region’s future workforce.

Innovia Foundation serves as the community foundation for Eastern Washington and North Idaho, investing approximately $14 million each year into local communities through grants and scholarships.
