LEWISTON, ID— Holiday travelers looking to stay close to home can take advantage of a winter lodging discount at Hells Gate State Park, one of several Idaho state parks included in a seasonal promotion from the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation.
From December 16 through January 4, visitors can receive 25% off cabins and RV sites at Hells Gate State Park by using the discount codes Lodging25 for cabins or Camping25 for RV sites at the time of checkout.
The limited-time offer is part of a statewide winter getaway promotion aimed at encouraging residents and visitors to enjoy Idaho’s parks during the holiday season. In addition to Hells Gate State Park, the discount applies at Ponderosa, Harriman, Bear Lake, and Bruneau Dunes state parks.
IDPR Director Susan Buxton said the promotion provides an opportunity for families and groups to enjoy Idaho’s outdoors during the winter months.
“Whether you prefer a warmer winter experience, or a snowy, lakeside cabin, Idaho’s State Parks provide the perfect holiday retreat for all visitors,” Buxton said.
The discount is only available for reservations made between December 16 and January 4. Reservations can be made online at getoutside.idaho.gov or by calling 888-922-6743.
