PULLMAN, WA – The Whitman County Humane Society is hosting its 18th Annual FurBall on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the SEL Event Center in Pullman.
The theme, “The Wizard of Pawz,” is inspired by the message “There’s no place like home” and celebrates the journey animals take from uncertainty to safety and ultimately home.
The evening will begin with Yappy Hour, sponsored by Tail Waggin’ Adventures, followed by themed entertainment, dining, and auctions. Guests are encouraged to wear Wizard of Oz-inspired attire. FurBall is WCHS’s largest annual fundraiser and brings together community members and animal advocates to support homeless animals in finding loving homes.
A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are now available, offering the chance to directly support WCHS’s work. Ticket sales open January 15, 2026. Additional event details and sponsorship information can be found at the link in our article.
Proceeds directly support WCHS programs that provide shelter, medical care, and adoption services for animals in Whitman County.
