LEWISTON, ID — Motorists traveling through Lewiston should expect intermittent lane closures on the US-12 Clearwater Memorial Bridge as construction work begins today and continues through Thursday.

According to the Idaho Transportation Department, crews will be repairing light poles on the bridge, resulting in periodic closures of the outside lanes in both northbound and southbound directions. Work is scheduled daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

During lane closure periods, a width restriction of 13 feet will be in place. Drivers are advised to use caution, plan for potential delays, and watch for traffic control devices while traveling through the area.
