LEWISTON, ID — The Nez Perce County Driver’s License Department will temporarily close next week as it relocates to a new facility, according to a press release from the Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office.
The office is moving from its current location at 1150 Wall Street to a new site at 1129 F Street in Lewiston. The relocation process will begin Monday, Jan. 12.
To accommodate the move, the Driver’s License Department will be closed on Monday, Jan. 12, and Tuesday, Jan. 13. Normal operations are scheduled to resume at the new F Street location on Wednesday, Jan. 14.
Officials said the new facility is intended to improve accessibility and service efficiency. Nez Perce County residents are encouraged to plan ahead and complete any urgent licensing needs before the temporary closure.
