Dale Smithee pleaded guilty on Friday to a felony for possessing narcotics with intent to deliver.  Smithee was previously charged with drug trafficking.  In the plea agreement, prosecutors dropped four additional counts.  Judge Megan Marshall sentenced Smithee to between one and six years in prison.

Smithee was arrested in September when Moscow Police executed a search warrant at his home.  Officers found about a half pound of meth, over 5,000 dollars in cash, and digital scales.
