WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Transportation Security Administration has released its 2026 TSA Canine Calendar, featuring explosives detection dogs from airports across the country.
The annual calendar recognizes more than 1,000 TSA canine teams working in aviation security nationwide. The dogs, trained to detect explosives, operate at security checkpoints and throughout transportation systems, serving as both a detection resource and a visible deterrent to potential threats, according to the agency.
The calendar includes photos and background information on canine teams from major U.S. airports and is available for public download. TSA officials said the calendar is part of the agency’s ongoing effort to highlight the role canine teams play in protecting travelers and transportation infrastructure across the United States.
