BREMERTON, WA — The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing and endangered 21-year-old woman.
Hannah Marie Davis was last seen around 11 p.m. Saturday, January 17, at her residence in the 8100 block of Stirrup Court Northwest in Bremerton, according to the sheriff’s office. Authorities say Davis is a dependent adult who is on the autism spectrum and has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old.
Investigators believe Davis left her residence with 21-year-old Leroy Franklin Nickols after the two allegedly communicated online. Nickols is described as transient and believed to be staying in Thurston and Lewis counties. Family members have reportedly told law enforcement that Nickols is aware Davis is a dependent adult but has refused to disclose their location or bring her to safety.
Nickols is a registered sex offender with a 2022 conviction for second-degree rape, according to the sheriff’s office. No information has been released about a vehicle associated with him.
The Washington State Patrol has activated an Endangered Missing Person Advisory on behalf of the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office.
Anyone who sees Davis or has information about her whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.
