MOSCOW, ID – A 20-year-old Moscow man has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for distributing child sexual abuse material.
Cameron Kittell was sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court in Idaho. According to online court records, Kittell was sentenced to 15 years in prison and placed on probation for 25 years. He pleaded guilty last February in federal court to distributing child pornography.
Kittell was arrested by Moscow Police in July of 2024 when officers received a CyberTip that he was sharing child sex abuse material online using Snapchat.
He was initially charged in state court in Idaho before the U.S. Department of Justice indicted Kittell and elevated the case to federal court.
