CLARKSTON, WA – A 22-year-old man was taken into custody Tuesday in Asotin County on multiple felony charges related to the alleged sexual assault of child during the summer of 2025.  The child was reportedly under the age of 16.

Cameron C.L. Henry is charged with rape of a child in the third degree, child molestation in the third degree, and assault in the second degree.

Court documents outline a law enforcement investigation that began after reported incidents involving the minor. Investigators state the alleged contact began through messaging on Snapchat and later involved in-person encounters.

According to the documents, Henry told the girl he was 17 years old. At the time of the alleged encounters, Henry was actually 21 years old.

Following the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued on July 28, 2025. Henry was located and booked into the Asotin County Jail on Tuesday evening. His initial arraignment in Asotin County Court was scheduled for Wednesday.
