MOSCOW, ID – The City of Moscow is accepting artist submissions for a sculpture to be installed at the Moscow Police Department through 5:00 pm on Friday, March 27, 2026.

The sculpture will be installed in an alcove near the main entrance of the building at 155 Southview Avenue. Individual artists and artist teams are invited to submit qualifications and examples of completed artworks of similar scale.
