STARBUCK, WA — The public crossing at Little Goose Lock and Dam will be closed Feb. 17 through Feb. 19 for annual debris removal and maintenance, according to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Walla Walla District.
During the closure, all vehicular and pedestrian traffic across the dam will be suspended to ensure the safety of the public and work crews. Officials encourage travelers to plan alternate routes. Regular crossing hours are once an hour on the half-hour from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Public crossings also remain available at Lower Granite and Lower Monumental dams.
