MOSCOW, ID — The Washington Idaho Symphony will present “Voices of the East: Prokofiev & Tchaikovsky” on Sunday, March 1 at 3 p.m. at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre.
The program will feature Concertmaster Giselle Hillyer as soloist in Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto No. 1 in D major, Op. 19, followed by Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4. Symphony officials noted this marks a recent program update, with Symphony No. 4 replacing the previously announced Symphony No. 2.
Adult tickets are $27, youth tickets (ages 13–17) are $11, and admission is free for children 12 and under as well as university students with valid ID. Tickets are available online at www.wa-idsymphony.org, and early online purchases receive a 10% discount.
