Pullman Regional Hospital Welcomes Dr. Carl Walker to Palouse Urology Center

PULLMAN, WA — Pullman Regional Hospital has announced the addition of Dr. Carl Walker, a urologist with 29 years of clinical practice experience, to its Palouse Urology Center.

Dr. Walker earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 1987. He discovered his interest in urology during a third-year medical school rotation at a Veterans Affairs hospital in San Diego, where he trained under the mentorship of a retired Naval officer. He went on to complete his internship and a six-year residency in general surgery and urology at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine.

According to the hospital, Dr. Walker takes a relationship-centered approach to care, focusing on men’s health and overall wellness while advancing treatment options across general urology. His specialties include prostate cancer, bladder diseases and infections, kidney stones and infections, voiding dysfunction, no-scalpel vasectomies, and advanced procedures such as Aquablation, UroLift and sacral neuromodulation.

Dr. Walker most recently practiced at Spokane Urology and resides in the Coeur d’Alene area.

He is accepting new patients. Palouse Urology Center is located on the upper level of Pullman Regional Hospital in Suite 101. A referral is not required for all services.
