MOSCOW, ID – A 25-year-old Moscow man accused of raping a woman and recording the assault on video has pleaded guilty to a felony.

Walker Day pleaded guilty to a rape-related felony on Tuesday in Latah County Second District Court. Day was arrested last April for raping an unconscious female and recording the attack. The sexual assault occurred at a residence in Juliaetta last March.

The case was investigated by the Latah County Sheriff’s Office.

Day is scheduled to be sentenced in May.
