COLFAX, WA – Colfax Police Department is asking for the public’s help after a power pole was struck overnight in what investigators believe may have involved a large truck or semi.

Police say the damage occurred sometime during the night or early morning hours of Feb. 22–23 at the corner of East Cooper Street and South Mill Street.

Authorities believe the same vehicle may have also struck the bridge on South Main Street.

Officers have canvassed the area for surveillance cameras but have not located any footage that captured the incident.
