PULLMAN, WA – Washington State University Greek leadership is banning parties at fraternities and sororities for a couple of weeks following two recent falls on Greek Row.
Two men have been injured in high falls from buildings on WSU’s Greek Row since the start of the semester. The institution’s Interfraternity and Panhellenic Executive Councils issued a joint order on Wednesday.
The order bans Greek Row parties until at least March 8th. After that, chapters may be allowed to host parties again if they meet new requirements from the executive councils. The order mandates that all fraternities and sororities submit new and revised “fall-from-heights” mitigation plans.
