PULLMAN, WA – Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is demolishing the pavilion next to the indoor pool on Military Hill starting this week.

SEL recently bought the financially struggling Pullman Aquatic Center from the Pullman School District. The company is keeping the pool as a public facility, which is now called the Schweitzer Wellbeing Center. The pavilion behind the pool has to come down to prepare for facility renovations. The work will run through March 25th.

According to a City of Pullman Facebook post, the work will close part of the pool parking lot, along with the path to the high school.
