CLARKSTON, WA — TriState Health has been recognized as a U.S. Best-in-Class Employer in Gallagher’s 2025 U.S. Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey, an honor given to organizations that demonstrate strong performance in employee wellbeing and workplace strategy.
The designation reflects TriState Health’s efforts to support employees through workplace programs that focus on health, financial stability, and career development while maintaining responsible operating costs. The survey evaluates employers nationwide and identifies organizations with measurable results in workforce engagement and organizational wellbeing.

Clift said the recognition reflects the commitment of staff and the organization’s focus on creating a workplace where employees feel supported and valued.
Gallagher’s evaluation examined several factors, including long-term planning for benefits and compensation, employee wellbeing strategies, turnover rates, workforce engagement surveys, retirement planning support, and year-to-year healthcare cost trends.
TriState Health is a not-for-profit, community-owned hospital based in Clarkston and has served the region since 1955. The facility operates on an 11-acre campus and provides care to an eight-county area across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
According to the organization, TriState Health is the largest employer in Asotin County and continues to receive regional and national recognition for healthcare performance and community service.
Gallagher, headquartered in Illinois, conducts the benchmarking survey to identify employers that demonstrate effective strategies for supporting employees while maintaining strong organizational performance.
