DEARY, ID – A Deary area home was destroyed by fire early Sunday morning.

The Latah County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deary Volunteer Firefighters were called to the blaze East of town on State Highway 8 around 1:30. No one was hurt. Volunteers from the Bovill, Kendrick/Juliaetta and Troy Fire Departments responded to assist.

The volunteers were on scene until about 5:00 Sunday morning. There’s no indication at this point what might have sparked the blaze according to the sheriff’s office.
