ITD seeks input on US-95 Palouse study

MOSCOW, ID — The Idaho Transportation Department is asking for public input on proposed improvements to U.S. Highway 95 in the Palouse region.

A public open house is set for March 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Best Western Plus University Inn in Moscow, where updated transportation concepts for the corridor between Snow Road and the Latah/Benewah County line will be presented.

The study, launched in 2023, is focused on addressing future traffic growth and improving safety and mobility. Refined alternatives are based on earlier analysis and community feedback, with the project moving toward a final evaluation phase in fall 2026.

An online option will also be available March 19 through April 9 at us95sh8.com, with opportunities to review materials and submit comments.
