Quartetto Gelato to close Auditorium Chamber Music Series season in Moscow

MOSCOW, ID— The University of Idaho’s Auditorium Chamber Music Series will close its season with a performance by Quartetto Gelato on Thursday, April 2.

The concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at the Administration Building Auditorium on the Moscow campus.

Quartetto Gelato is known for blending a range of musical styles, including classical works, romantic ballads and traditional Romani and klezmer pieces. The group incorporates theatrical elements into its performances and has toured internationally, building a repertoire that spans multiple genres.

Organizers said the ensemble’s return has been highly anticipated by regular attendees of the series. The performance will mark the conclusion of the 2025–26 season.

Tickets are $25 for the general public, $20 for seniors and $10 for University of Idaho students. Admission is free for children 12 and younger. Tickets are available online, at the Bruce M. Pitman Center box office during weekday hours, and at the door one hour before the concert, if available.

The Auditorium Chamber Music Series, established in 1986, brings several small ensembles to the Palouse each year and also supports educational outreach through school visits, community performances and masterclasses.
