“No Kings” protest set for Saturday in Clarkston

CLARKSTON, WA — A “No Kings 3.0” protest is planned for Saturday, March 28, from noon to 2 p.m. at the intersection of 5th and Bridge Streets in Clarkston.

The event is part of a nationwide day of demonstrations, with organizers indicating participation from communities across the Lewis-Clark Valley, including Clarkston and Lewiston. Local groups, including the Asotin County Democrats, are organizing the event in coordination with other regional organizations.

Organizers say the gathering is intended to provide a space for participants to share concerns about government actions. Event details indicate there will be live music, and donations will be accepted for the Friends of the Asotin County Library. Carmela Conroy, a candidate for Washington’s 5th Congressional District, is also expected to attend.
