UNIONTOWN, WA — The Artisans at the Dahmen Barn will host its annual demonstration day on April 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The free event will feature demonstrations from the Marcus Whitman Gem and Mineral Society, including cab polishing, stone shaping, cutting and wire wrapping, along with information on tools and where to find gems and minerals.
Ken Pratt of Pierce, Idaho, is also scheduled to demonstrate blacksmithing outdoors and will display and sell handcrafted items.
