CLARKSTON, WA — Clarkston Police, with assistance from the Quad Cities Drug Task Force, served a narcotics search warrant Wednesday at a residence in the 500 block of 8th Street in Clarkston.
According to the press release, officers recovered more than an ounce of methamphetamine from the residence. Arrested were Mona McKenzie, 73, of Clarkston, and Benjamin McKenzie, 45, of Clarkston.
Police said Mona McKenzie is being charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and maintaining a drug dwelling. Authorities stated this was the second search warrant served at the residence in the past 14 months in which narcotics and evidence of illegal drug distribution were allegedly seized.
The press release also stated that both individuals had outstanding warrants for their arrests.
Along with the Quad Cities Drug Task Force, the Clarkston Police Department was assisted by the Asotin County Sheriff’s Office during the investigation.
