Lionardo Rojas Jr. was arrested by a Whitman County Sheriff’s Deputy Thursday.  The case began earlier in the day when a relative of the alleged victim called authorities.  The individual told the deputy that Rojas was having sex with a 15 year old girl and giving her drugs.  Court documents show that the alleged victim and Rojas met online a couple of months ago.

Rojas was arrested on four counts of felony 3rd degree child rape.  The 20 year old’s criminal history includes convictions for felony residential burglary, protection order violations and misdemeanor assault.  Prosecutors say he has been warranted twice before for failing to show up to court hearings.  Rojas was placed on 20,000 dollars bond by Whitman County Superior Court Judge Roger Sandberg Friday morning.
