BOISE, ID — The Idaho Department of Correction has issued a notice of death for a male inmate housed on death row at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution.
According to the department, Erick Hall died of natural causes at a local hospital at 9:58 p.m. on February 9, 2026.
Hall was serving a death sentence following two first-degree murder convictions in Ada County.
