CLARKSTON, WA — The Master Gardener Foundation of Asotin and Garfield Counties will host a “Sensible Gardening in Changing Times” Garden Symposium on March 28 at Walla Walla Community College’s Clarkston campus.
The event will be held at 1470 Bridge Street. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., with presentations starting at 9 a.m.
The symposium will feature talks on native plants, container gardening, water conservation and seed starting. A tour of the Clarkston Community Garden is also planned, along with horticulture-related displays from local businesses and organizations.
Registration is $45 and includes lunch. The deadline to register is March 25.
