LEWISTON, ID – The City of Lewiston is inviting residents to submit questions for the next episode of the Living Lewiston podcast, which will focus on the structure and responsibilities of city government.
According to the city, the upcoming episode will explore Chapter 2 of Lewiston City Code, which outlines several key aspects of city administration. Topics expected to be discussed include the powers and duties of the mayor, the responsibilities of the city council, the roles of appointed officials such as the city attorney, treasurer, and city clerk, as well as how council meetings are conducted and how advisory boards and commissions operate.
The episode will also take a closer look at the Office of the City Attorney and its role within the community.
Community members who have questions about these topics are encouraged to submit them by Thursday, March 12, by emailing pio@cityoflewiston.org. Submissions will remain anonymous and may be addressed during the podcast episode.
