MOSCOW, ID – A semi blew over early this morning on U.S. Highway 95 South of Moscow.

There are no reports of any injuries. The Moscow Volunteer Fire Department responded to contain a fuel leak from the truck. This is the second semi to blow over on the new stretch of highway which open last year.

The other big rig blew over in December’s windstorm.
