On December, 14, 2022 an Idaho County deputy was dispatched to the Idaho County Jail to investigate a report of an inmate destroying jail property.

Upon investigation, it was discovered that the inmate had purposefully thrown a Turn Key phone tablet against the wall subsequently destroying the tablet.

Kasper Harvey, 34, of White Bird, ID, was arrested for felony injuring jails, Idaho Code 18-7018.
