Moscow, ID – Latah County Court Magistrate Judge Megan Marshall made amendments to the the nondissemination order issued for the State v. Kohberger case to now include attorneys who are representing a witness, victim or victim’s family. The order previously included prosecutors, defense attorneys, investigators and law enforcement personnel.
