Subject involved in a burglary in Orofino was found and Arrested

Orofino, ID- On June 12, 2023, around 8:30 PM, the Orofino Police Department requested the Idaho County attempt to locate a male subject on a white motorcycle. The subject had been involved in a burglary in Orofino and his last known direction of travel was east on Highway 12.


An Idaho County deputy responded to the Highway 12 area and located a white motorcycle on Highway 12 near milepost 79. The motorcycle had a damaged rear tire. The deputy continued looking for the operator of the motorcycle, then turned around and returned to the area, where he located the male subject trying to load the motorcycle into a U-Haul.


The deputy located some of the stolen items, and the male was arrested. As he was searched, the deputy located methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia.
Albert Crisp, age 36, of Tonopah, Nevada was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of stolen property, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
