Culdesac, ID- On 8/01/23 Nez Perce County Detectives arrested, 84 year old Culdesac resident Charles Nims, for Lewd Conduct with a Minor under the age of 15 years old. The arrest was based upon several incidents that occurred in Nez Perce County, when the victim was between the ages of 9-12 years old, and Nims admission of the sexual contact to a family member of the victim.
Nims is currently being held in the Nez Perce County Adult Detention Center on 1 count of Lewd Conduct with a minor under the age of 15. This investigation is still pending and further charges are a possibility.
