On August 7, 2023, Orofino Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a 1996 Silver Dodge Ram 2500, and made contact with the driver, identified as Egan Pederson, 18, of Orofino Id. Upon investigation, a search of the vehicle was conducted and Pederson was subsequently arrested for Controlled Substance (IC 37-2732(c )(1)) Possession of Methamphetamine, Controlled Substance of Paraphernalia with the Intent to Use (IC 37-2734) and Possession/Consume of Alcohol Under 21.
On August 18, 2023 officers made contact with Pederson due to a Probation Violation Warrant of Arrest. Pederson was taken into custody on the warrant and was subsequently charged with the following: Controlled Substance (IC 37-2732(c )(1)) Possession of Methamphetamine, Controlled Substance of Paraphernalia with the Intent to Use (IC 37-2734).
He is currently being held with no bond at the Clearwater County Jail.
