Elk River, ID- From the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office:
On 8/26/23 at about 4:42 PM, Clearwater County Sheriff’s Deputies, Elk River Ambulance and LifeFlight responded to a report of a single vehicle rollover accident. Trisha Tachell 54 year old female and a passenger 53 year old Scott Kramm both from Elk River were in a side-by-side UTV on the Upper Basin Road in Elk River. Kramm was ejected from the UTV. He was flown to Kootenai Medical Center with life threatening injuries. Tachell was pronounced deceased at the scene. The accident is still under investigation.
