On 10/2/2023 at approximately 1315 hours, the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office located Robert J. Clemens, a 41 year-old male of Hayden. Clemens was on Felony Probation for stalking, after being found guilty of the crime in 2021. Recently, he began exhibiting similar behavior with a new victim. Additional arrest warrants for Clemens were granted for first degree stalking and a felony probation violation.

 
After an extensive search, KCSO deputies and detectives were able to locate Clemens in Hayden, Idaho. He was arrested without incident and booked into the Kootenai County Public Safety Building on his warrants for first degree stalking and a probation violation.
