The City of Moscow and the University of Idaho Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival invite the public to attend the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival Commemorative Art Unveiling reception at 5:30 p.m. on October 4 at the Third Street Gallery, 206 E Third Street, Moscow.
The free event will showcase the 2024 festival commemorative poster created by award-winning artist Shogo Ota, a U of I graduate, with a limited number of the individually screen-printed posters available for purchase.
The University of Idaho Jazz Choir 2 and the World Beat Ensemble will provide live music. Light refreshments will be available. An exhibition of Jazz Festival posters from previous years will be on display.
