On November 1, 2023, at approximately 10:06PM, Idaho County Deputies responded to a residence in Grangeville, Idaho to attempt a felony warrant arrest.
Upon making contact with the subject, he refused to cooperate with the Deputies and immediately attempted to hide items from the Deputies.
The Idaho County Deputies transported the subject to the jail facility and upon an inventory check of the subject’s property, the detention staff located a glass pipe with a large amount of white powder substance that tested positive for methamphetamines.
Toby Reuter, age 54, of Grangeville, Idaho, was arrested for an Idaho County Felony Warrant, Possession of Methamphetamines, Introduction of Contraband to a Jail Facility, Concealment of Evidence, Resist and Obstruct and Possession of Paraphernalia X2.
