POST FALLS – Idaho State Police is investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred November 4, 2023, at eastbound 3700 Seltice Way, Kootenai County, Idaho.
At 09:54 a.m. a 68-year-old female from Post Falls, Idaho was traveling in a Honda CRV eastbound on Seltice Way. A tree in the median fell over the eastbound lanes of travel and impacted the Honda CRV. The female driver died at the scene. There were no other occupants in the Honda CRV.
Traffic on eastbound Seltice Way was blocked for approximately two hours to allow emergency responders to assist those involved in the area and allow debris clearing from the tree.
Next of kin has been notified.
