Spokane, Wash. November. 6, 2023: Avista crews will be performing planned maintenance to equipment in the area of Lapwai Road and Red Pheasant Boulevard in Lewiston. Temporary road closures are expected. Traffic control will be in place. The five-hour road closure will occur from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on November 7, 2023.
