November 8^th, 2023 (Moscow, Idaho) — The City of Moscow will be installing an upgraded electrical panel for the Paradise Pathway lighting system located between Styner Ave and Hwy 95 from Wednesday, November 15^th to Friday, November 17^th. During this time, please anticipate that the lighting on the pathway will be temporarily unavailable for a duration of two to three nights.
