The iCourt Portal used to access public case information across Idaho’s state courts may not be accessible this Friday evening and into Saturday, while the capabilities of the electronic filing system and the Guide & File service will be limited in that time.
These systems will be affected by maintenance set to begin Friday evening, Jan. 19. The maintenance work could possibly extend into Saturday, Jan. 20.
As this may affect court users’ ability to file documents, the Idaho Supreme Court has ordered a change to filing deadlines. Any documents due to be electronically filed on either Friday or Saturday will be deemed timely if filed on or before 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22.
