WHITE BIRD – On January 24, 2024, the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of vandalism having occurred the previous day in White Bird, Idaho.
An Idaho County Deputy responded and observed extensive damage to a rock retaining wall. There were track marks in the ground leading back to a mini excavator.
On January 25, 2024, Idaho County Deputies located and arrested the suspect. Kelly VanOstrand, age 46, of White Bird, Idaho was arrested for felony malicious injury to property.
