On February 13, 2024, around 10:58 PM, an Idaho County Deputy was on routine patrol driving north on Highway 95 near mile post 225 when he stopped a vehicle for several traffic violations.
 
K9 Mic and his handler arrived on scene and performed a perimeter check of the vehicle. K9 Mic showed a positive alert. Upon a search incident to arrest, more than 4 ounces of marijuana was located along with scales and other paraphernalia.
 
Jesse Heidelberger, age 41, of Moscow, Idaho, was arrested for felony possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
