On February 16, 2024, at approximately 10:10 AM, the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office in serving a search warrant in the Harpster area. The search warrant was for property that was stolen out of Clearwater County.
Some of the property listed in the search warrant was located at the property and taken into evidence.
Later on in the afternoon at approximately 2:15 PM, a male came to the Sheriff’s Office to report the theft of some of his property.
Mark Custodio, age 44, of Stites, Idaho, was arrested for a felony Clearwater County Warrant for grand theft and malicious injury to property.
