(Moscow, ID) The City of Moscow is set to hold a Downtown Trick or Treat on October 31 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. All Moscow businesses are invited to participate in the event, and space will be available for those who wish to participate, but who’s businesses are not located downtown.
