Quick Response From Potlatch Volunteer Firefighters to Loader Fire

POTLATCH, ID – Potlatch Volunteer Firefighters are responding to a loader that caught fire at Northwest Biomass.
Volunteers were called to the blaze around 10:00 Friday morning. The loader was just outside the large metal industrial building at the business across the tracks from the Historic Potlatch Rail Depot. Witnesses on scene say Volunteers quickly knocked down the flames and appeared to have kept the fire from reaching the building.
