Probation Compliance Checks Lead to Arrests and Seizures in Northern Idaho

BONNERS FERRY, ID – The Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with Boundary County Probation and Parole and the Bonners Ferry Police Department, conducted probation compliance checks across the county on the evening of May 14, 2025.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the operation resulted in the arrest of four offenders who now face a combined total of 16 misdemeanor and felony charges. Authorities also seized methamphetamine, rifles, pistols, ammunition, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia during the checks. The Sheriff’s Office indicated that further charges may be filed as the investigation continues.

Sheriff Travis Stolley credited the collaborative effort among agencies for the success of the operation, emphasizing the goal of ensuring community safety and offender accountability.

The case remains under investigation.
